By accessing or using the AtmanBodhi platform (including www.atmanbodhi.com, our course portals, and digital communities), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

AtmanBodhi operates in close alliance with Mindset Warrior (MSW). These terms govern all purchases of AtmanBodhi Treasury artifacts (journals, reflection cards, bundles) and enrollment in AtmanBodhi Academy programs and guided author sprints.

Official Section 8 Notice

AtmanBodhi products, journals, courses, and awareness cards are designed exclusively as reflective tools for mindfulness, creative expression, and personal growth. They are not intended as medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice.

No Clinical Substitution

Our offerings do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any mental or physical medical condition. If you are experiencing acute psychological distress, mental health challenges, or medical concerns, please consult a licensed medical or psychiatric healthcare professional.

Personal Agency & Responsibility

All exercises, prompts, journaling practices, and contemplative meditations are undertaken voluntarily. You retain complete agency and responsibility for how you interpret and apply these reflections in your life and work.

Artifact Craftsmanship

We take immense pride in the editorial quality, archival paper stock, and intentional packaging of every AtmanBodhi treasury artifact. Minor variations in paper texture or foil stamping are natural hallmarks of bespoke physical production.

Pricing & Currency

All physical treasury prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to revise pricing or adjust catalog availability without prior notice.

Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Courier tracking notifications are transmitted via email/SMS upon dispatch. Domestic delivery typically completes within 3 to 7 business days.

Personal Non-Commercial License

Upon enrolling in an AtmanBodhi Academy course, workshop, or immersion, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the curriculum, recordings, and downloadable templates for your individual growth.

Strict Non-Redistribution

Course access credentials, Zoom session links, proprietary frameworks (including NLP Sculptology and Alignment Reset canvases), and audio meditations may not be shared, broadcast, resold, or redistributed.

Cohort Completion

Certificates of completion issued for guided sprints or practitioner series recognize curriculum engagement within the AtmanBodhi & Mindset Warrior ecosystem and do not constitute formal university degrees or statutory licenses.

Collaborative Program Terms

The 21-Day Writing Sprint is powered in partnership with Mindset Warrior. Participants receive daily structured prompts, accountability sessions, and cohort peer support designed to accelerate manuscript completion.

Manuscript Ownership

You retain 100% intellectual property and copyright over your written manuscripts, journal entries, and creative drafts produced during the sprint. AtmanBodhi and Mindset Warrior claim no ownership over your original words.

Secure Payment Processing

Payments are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment gateways supporting UPI, major debit/credit cards, and net banking.

Physical Products Return Policy

Unused, unwritten physical journals and sealed card decks may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund if damaged during transit. Return shipping requests must include photos of the damaged parcel.

Digital Courses & Live Workshops

Due to the immediate distribution of proprietary intellectual property and limited cohort seating, registrations for live workshops, downloadable masterclasses, and sprints are non-refundable once accessed or once the cohort has commenced.

When interacting in AtmanBodhi sanctuaries, cohort channels, or masterminds, you agree to uphold mutual respect, confidentiality, and integrity. You agree not to:

• Record, rip, or scrape proprietary course videos, audio meditations, or visual artifacts
• Harass, demean, or violate the psychological safety of fellow seekers or instructors
• Share confidential client disclosures from private mastermind or advisory sessions
• Attempt unauthorized access to administrative systems, accounts, or user data
• Commercialize, rebrand, or syndicate AtmanBodhi or Snehal R. Singh proprietary frameworks

Protected Assets

All text, typography, editorial illustrations, brand emblems, journal schemas, course curricula, and audio recordings under AtmanBodhi and Mindset Warrior are protected by domestic and international copyright and trademark laws.

Author & Founder Rights

All teachings, methodologies, and original works authored by Snehal R. Singh are proprietary. Any unauthorized duplication or public derivative use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India.

Conciliation & Arbitration

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, the parties agree to first seek amicable resolution through good-faith mutual dialogue before initiating formal arbitration proceedings.
